While the Brandon Police Service made two impaired driving arrests on Sunday morning, neither involved tips relayed to them by a 911 call.
On Friday, Brandon became the first Manitoba municipality to actively encourage witnesses of suspected impaired driving to report it to police using the emergency phone number.
